Young entrepreneur Brings Thermal Wear Innovation to Sportswear

Great ideas often take flight when you least expect them. This one comes from Jalandhar, Punjab—and from a young entrepreneur with the kind of spark we love to see.

Meet Dev Sud. Earlier this year, Dev walked into our world with samples of his New Innovation in Thermal Wear. Something he cals “Thermatec.” Light as a feather, smart enough to regulate temperature, and built to keep athletes comfortable without weighing 
them down.



Our R&D team at NIVIA Sports tried it, tested it—and let’s just say, heads turned. At first glance, they looked like regular thermals. 
But inside was an innovation that made our team sit up straighter.  

The verdict? Thermatec could very well shape the future of sportswear. 

However, this is not the first time Dev has taken a victory lap. He had already presented his idea at a startup competition in Bangalore and yes, as a result, he emerged as a winner. 
 
And that’s what caught our attention. Because at NIVIA, we believe the future of sportswear doesn’t just lie in factories or design rooms—it lies in the courage of young people who dare to reimagine what’s possible.
