Exchange Policy

If you'd like to exchange an item, we accept exchanges for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retains the original tags

Please Note:

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Return Policy

Important: For defective products, please provide clear unboxing videos or pictures to support your return request within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO RAISE THE RETURN REQUEST

To return your online order in the store, please follow these steps:

  1. Email at support@nivia.in
  2. Write email in detail with Problem with the Product
  3. Attach Photo of Damaged product
  4. Subject of Email with Order ID
  5. Confirmation mail for Return Request in 48 Hours will be sent by NIVIA Sports
  6. Pack the products
  7. Pickup will be done within 10 business days

HOW WILL RETURN PROCESS WORK

- Once the Return request is made, pickup will be done within 10 business days from your address. Products are to be kept with packaging material.

- If there is any discrepancy with return request & physical products being handed over at time of pickup, pickup will be denied.

All refunds will be processed via the initial method of payment used to place the order, which may take up to 15 working day

Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If it passes, we will process your exchange or return.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations will not be possible.

Changes to Order Details (Size, Address, Phone Number)

If you need to update your order details such as size, delivery address, or phone number, please email us at support@nivia.in with the subject line “Order Number + Revised Information.” We will make the requested changes if the order has not been shipped
